A funny thing happened today, I got forcibly enrolled into an Intern program and got assigned a task.
It’s not as bad as it sounds, I received an email in my box describing my task (that I did not request to receive). However, it did allow me access to the procedure and instructional video. This was like having a free tour of the inside workings of a company.
What I discovered was how they recruit people to do tasks that help build their business. In this case it was a procedure for how to post an Ad on Craig’s list for admin assistance.
Basically, you do whatever the person that recruited you from Craig’s list did. So it is a viral method to gain Interns.
Interestingly, part of the procedure states that you must not ask questions since the procedure has worked for many people before.
This is a great way to build a workforce since you don’t have to do much once the procedure is in place. But before you can deploy this method of leveraging your business, you need a process that if followed step by step yields a profitable outcome.
Then it is a no-brainer decision to outsource this work at a pay level below your profit level.
Thinking of it another way, it is like programming a computer to run an algorithm, but instead of a computer, you program a biological machine (a person) to perform the task. Questions will be like bugs in your program where it got stuck, so you will need to de-bug (refine) your process to make it run smoothly without you having to intervene.
I look forward to trying this out once I have some profitable processes in place.
This is one of the daftest concepts I ever heard of and I have even seen a DVD tutorial that you have to pay for to find out how to participate in a Blog Carnival. Unfortunately, you cannot buy my procedure for this, you are either in the carnival or out! Sorry, that’s life.
So here it is, the Blog Carnival, start skipping around your room and click on these links, one at a time after each traverse of your room:
1. What To Do When You Hate Your Job - Itty Biz (skin head young woman who got pregnant and opted out of the career life in the office). Hopefully the baby was not part of the marketing plan and got conceived outside of the office. That’s uncalled for and rude! I take it back, sorry.
2. Former freak’in drug addict, preacher and employee basher James Brausch has gone a bit loopy this week and is offering most of this years “products” at $100 a month. If you don’t make use of the products, they are still useful as frizbees or mug mats since they come in DVD/CD format.
3. YASA (Yet Another Super Affiliate) by the name of Jon - if you are feeling useless at making money online or proud of your first $20 check, you can get some ideas for making lots of cash at his blog.
So, I hope you enjoyed my first ever Blog carnival. Seriously, these are some great sites to check out ahead of the Monday morning commute.
My latest project involves creating a portal site for local businesses. But at the same time I was thinking about launching an Internet Marketing Forum.
It’s not usually a good idea to work on 2 projects at once but I am doing it. I am charting my progress with the local business portal on the forum and am actually creating custom software for the portal which may turn into a product.
Check out the Internet Marketing Forum
I was going to launch my next product today, but I really wanted to tidy up this website. I felt it just looked too busy with Ads and distractions. So now it is down to 2 columns from 3, the banners are gone, the icons showing some of the visitors are now gone and I have mostly links instead of images.
I am also adding a lot more links to my Blogroll since I have found a lot of sites that are worth recommending. But they rotate rather than all of them showing up at once.
Damned Internet Explorer is displaying my Blogroll links differently to FireFox but I’m not sure I can be bothered to fix it, I tried, but I have better things to waste my time doing. I may just detect IE users and show a link to the FireFox browser download
Page broken? Upgrade to FireFox or Opera or anything else.
Also, I added a couple more free downloads for you. And, I deleted my Email subscribe form since I am making products that replace this kind of thing. Even so, in the interim, I am thinking to add a blog announcement email form.
So, once I iron out the mess I made here, I can maybe cerate a download of a guide to swiftly setting up a business blog for you? So please stay tuned…
It’s been a good past week or so with visitor numbers climbing and product sales starting to come in.

At the moment I am working on the back end systems of this site for PayPal order processing and download link provision for a product I have created.
People who sign up for Kiosk web hosting through my links will get all these systems as well.
This particular one is to allow people to purchase your digital product from your site via PayPal and get emailed a download link.
Not only that, I am coding click-tracking and fraud prevention into the script.
